Inquiry stage
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. We review each request, confirm availability, and send a trip proposal before any payment is due.
Deposits and final payment
Once a proposal is accepted, dates are held with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure unless your written proposal states otherwise.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 90 or more days before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 60 to 89 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before departure are non-refundable.
Changes and force majeure
Remote travel in Mongolia can be affected by weather, road conditions, domestic flight changes, and safety constraints. We may adjust routes, timing, or accommodations when required to operate safely. Force majeure situations are handled individually.
Insurance
Travel insurance with medical evacuation coverage is required for all guests before departure.
